Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Gown
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring the security tag remains intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days once the inspection is complete.
